Proanthocyanidin 75 mg
Vitamin B6 2 mg
Folic Acid 200 mcg

It is a combination of L-Arginine, DHA, Proanthocynidin, Vitamin B6 and folic acid. The product supports cardiovascular health and enhances blood flow. Daily use of this supplement helps keep the arteries clean, bring flexibility to the walls of the arteries and reduce blood pressure. L–Arginine is considered as an essential amino acid. L-arginine shows anti-atherogenic actions, may be accounted for by its role as the precursor to nitric oxide or NO. NO is produced by all tissues of the body and plays very important roles in the cardiovascular system, immune system and nervous system. DHA plays a key role in the development of eye and nerve tissues and Vitamin B6 protect the nerves from damage also keeping red blood cells healthy.

Indications

  • Helps to reduce and reverse the on-set and effects of heart disease
  • Widen the blood vessels (increasing blood flow throughout the entire body)
  • Helps to overcome high blood pressure.
  • Inhibit and melt away plaque
  • A powerful anti-aging and antioxidant properties
  • Also helps reduce discomfort associated with, prevent, and reverse the effects of arthritis
  • Helps to reduce memory loss (Alzheimer's disease)

Mechanism of action

L–Arginine is used as supplement that has improved immune responses to bacteria, viruses and tumor cells; promotes wound healing and regeneration of the liver; causes the release of growth hormones; considered crucial for optimal muscle growth and tissue repair. It act as precursor to nitric oxide or NO. NO is produced by all tissues of the body and plays very important roles in the cardiovascular system, immune system and nervous system. NO is formed from L-arginine via the enzyme nitric oxide synthase or synthetase (NOS), and the effects of NO are mainly mediated by 3,'5' -cyclic guanylate or cyclic GMP. NO activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which catalyzes the synthesis of cyclic GMP from guanosine triphosphate or GTP. Cyclic GMP is converted to guanylic acid via the enzyme cyclic GMP phosphodiesterase. NOS is a heme-containing enzyme with some sequences similar to cytochrome P-450 reductase. Several isoforms of NOS exist, two of which are constitutive and one of which is inducible by immunological stimuli. The constitutive NOS found in the vascular endothelium is designated eNOS and that present in the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system is designated nNOS.

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is an omega-3 fatty acid. DHA is commonly used for heart disease and high cholesterol. It is also used for boosting memory and thinking skills, for aiding infant and child development, for certain eye disorders, and many other conditions, DHA plays a key role in the development of eye and nerve tissues. DHA may also reduce the risk of heart and circulatory disease by decreasing the thickness of the blood and lowering blood levels of triglyceride.

Proanthocyanidins are chemical compounds. Proanthocyanidins are in a group of compounds called polyphenols. These belong to a subclass called flavonoids. Proanthocyanidins may protect the heart and cardiovascular system. They may work as antioxidants and block nitrosamines from forming. They may protect healthy cells from their effects. They work with vitamin C to lower the risk of breast cancer. They reduce risk of blood clots. This may lower the risk of a heart attack.

Vitamin B6 is also known as pyridoxine. Pyridoxine has been used to treats peripheral neuropathy caused by certain drugs such as isoniazid. It has also been used to treat certain genetic disorders such as xanthurenic aciduria, hyperoxaluria. It is one of the major vitamin required by red blood cells. It is majorly involved in RBC production, making the hormone serotonin, processing carbohydrates for energy and keeps the neurons healthy.

Folic Acid is a type of B vitamin helps your body produce and maintain new cells, and also helps prevent changes to DNA that may lead to cancer. Folic acid is sometimes used in combination with other medications to treat pernicious, aplastic, or normocytic anemia.

Side Effects

The product is possible safe for most adults. There is no disadvantage associated with the product if taken under the recommended usage however common side effects include Gas, constipation, loose stool, and loss of appetite sometimes happen, especially at the beginning of the regimen.
